Tejopay does not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges for products purchased through the platform.

Refunds shall only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition

2. Refund Request Timeline

Customers must raise a refund request within 2 days from the date of product delivery.

Requests submitted after the specified timeline may not be eligible for refund processing.

3. Verification Process

Once a refund request is raised, our team may verify the issue through:

  • Order details
  • Delivery information
  • Customer communication

Tejopay reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.

4. Refund Processing

If the refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Minor color or design variations due to display settings
  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery
